According to www.famousbirthdays.com, the answer is Justin Bieber. Although there are multiple ways to look at this (culturally, politically, etc.), is there anyone who affected all of these things? If we were to not count religious figures, then I think the answer is probably Hitler. In the 1940s, he became the enemy of multiple countries and their citizens', is still considered to be the most evil person who ever lived, and has more than six million Google searches per month. He is routinely listed alongside such villains as Stalin, Satan, and usually the current U.S. President. Arguably, he shaped the 20th century more than any other person. His impact on history will not be forgotten, and his actions will not be forgiven.
