At least 46 couches lost in wake of UK Football's win over UL in the Governor's Cup

UK Football, yes Football, won the Governor's Cup this last Saturday in an amazing game. UK's Stoops had just pulled off their 6th win of the season against Austin Peay, a team that quite literally had lost every game of their season. Almost unsurprisingly, they ran up thirteen points in the first quarter of the game. Because Kentucky football. Fans were dumbfounded after the win against Louisville and their Heisman candidate Lamar Jackson. They did the only thing that they knew to do. Adults and Children picked up their lighters and took them to their couches. It was almost like a reflex. As we remember these lost pieces of furniture, we can't forget that they were destroyed out of love. We should look ahead to March, and keep our eyes open at the Goodwill and set the cheaper couches in the backyard in preparation for March, rather than burning our actual living room couches inside the house.
