Assignment 26- Elizabeth Salamanca

The AP language test was one of two that I actually felt prepared by the teacher for, that required minimal stress outside of class, so props to you. In my opinion, your class prepared me very well without overwhelming me throughout the year (Mrs. Dewees). The essays we wrote transformed from the worst days of the month into a time where I could relieve stress and have almost total control of something. Also, maybe just because I'm on speech team, but I really like the first semester final, despite the numerous complaints I heard about it not being relevant. I truly believe that talking in front of people is as necessary a skill in life as being able to write.

I don't think the multiple choice questions were that hard, but I do think that some time going over rhetorical devices would be beneficial both for the multiple choice section and the rhetorical analysis essay. It couldn't hurt.

My only real grievance with this class, honestly, is that you don't let us miss your class for events like senior benefit or a play. I totally understand why you do it, and I realize that the more we miss class the more work you have to do to get us caught up, but even Mrs. Dewees lets us do it if we ask first. So maybe just consider it.
